E-Service, Inc. works with many multi-industry attorneys at a fee rate of 40% of the principle amount.  The allowable percentage of legal fees varies by state.

 

In many cases ESI is able to add any attorney fees to the account based on a signed agreement with the original creditor.  We can provide you with information that will assist you in adding these fees to amend your client agreement or contract.
