E Service, Inc. offers an employment background verification program that is available to all of our current clients.  We offer a multi-level background verification. 

Levels (by position - general):

  • Officer (CEO, CFO, COO)

  • Upper Management (District Mgr, Regional Mgr, Operations Mgr, Director)

  • Mid-Management (Area Mgr, General Mgr)

  • Lower Management (Office Mgr, Supervisor)

  • Front Line Employee (Assistant, Clerical, Front/Back End, Sales, Service)

Employment Background  Verification

Getting started:

  1.   Download the Credit Verification form

  2.   Complete the entire form (all applicable fields must be filled out)

  3.   Sign the form (your client(s) and a representative from your office)

  4.   Upload the form

  5.   Delivery of results vary by level (see form)
