E-Service, Inc. requires our collectors, as an average, to have 3 years minimum experience in dental collections in order to collect on dental accounts.
This experience includes the following:

HIPAA: All collectors are required to understand HIPAA guidelines

Patient Insurance: Responsibility of all parties regarding dental insurance

Patient Responsibility: Responsibiity of patient regarding payment for services received

Responsible Party: Understanding legal responsibility for payment of services received

Power of Attorney: POA as it relates to dentistry

Patient Default Payment: Understanding the payment plan agreed to by the patient and the process when the patient fails to meet that agreement (account is turned over to collection)
