Collector Process

Initial Call by Collector: Three days after the first demand letter is sent

Request for payment in full is given when the responsible party is reached

If your client is unable to pay in full, they will be given the opportunity to schedule payments in half or thirds of the balance due

If your client is unable to pay in half or thirds of the balance due, they are then offered the opportunity to go through a payment qualification process to determine a fair and reasonable repayment plan

We accept the following payment forms: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, debit card, HSA, Care Credit, money order, cashier's check, and personal check

A security code is given to your client once a payment plan is established.

A copy of the payment arrangment is available to the consumer upon request.

All accounts where payment arrangements have been established and adhered to prior to credit reporting will not be reported to any credit bureau

ESI reports to Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian credit bureaus
